Insurance · Protection First

Insurance that protects your family — with the fine print explained, not hidden

Before you invest a rupee, two risks need covering: your family losing your income, and a hospital bill swallowing your savings. As a licensed insurance agency, we help you understand term life, health and general insurance in plain language, size the cover you actually need, compare the clauses that decide whether a claim is paid — and then stay with you when you need to claim.

Our guidance is free. Below is how it works, how we are paid, and what we will never do.

Who This Is For

Three situations we help with most

  • You have no cover — or only your employer’s. Group health cover is useful, but it is often small, rarely covers parents properly and ends the day you change jobs.
  • You have cover, but you’re not sure it’s enough. A ₹3–5 lakh health policy or a life cover of a few lakh can be badly out of date. We help you check it against today’s costs and your income.
  • You hold a savings-type policy and wonder if it was the right call. Endowment, money-back and guaranteed-return plans often deliver less than they appear to. We help you see the real return before you decide anything.

How It Works

From first message to a policy you understand, in five steps

Proposals, medical checks and payments are mostly online today, so we help families in Ranchi, Deoghar and across India.

  1. You get in touch. A WhatsApp message or the contact form. Tell us who depends on you and what cover you already have.
  2. Work out how much cover you need. We walk through it together — the human life value calculator for term cover and the health cover gap calculator for health — so the number rests on your income and costs, not a sales target.
  3. Compare what actually matters. Room-rent limits, co-pay, waiting periods, exclusions, riders and an insurer’s multi-year claim record — the clauses that decide what a policy pays, explained side by side.
  4. Apply, with full disclosure. We help you fill the proposal accurately, including every medical condition and habit. Honest disclosure is the single biggest thing within your control for a smooth claim later. Some policies need a medical test; the insurer arranges it.
  5. Stay covered — and get help when you claim. Renewal reminders, nominee updates, and support with documents, cashless pre-authorisation and follow-up when you need to make a claim.

Your premium goes only to the insurer. Pay through the insurer’s own payment page or an official link only — never into anyone’s personal account, including ours. The policy is issued in your name by the insurer, and you will receive the policy document directly from them.

What It Costs You

Free guidance — and here’s exactly how we’re paid

You pay us nothing for the conversation, the comparison or ongoing help. As with every insurance intermediary, the agency is paid a commission by the insurer, and that commission is built into the premium.

Some insurers also sell online-only versions of their plans at a lower premium, because no intermediary is paid. Where an equivalent online version of a plan exists, we’ll tell you, so you can choose between the lower premium and having someone to help you through proposals, renewals and claims.

One genuinely helpful change: GST on individual life and health insurance premiums was removed in late 2025, so cover costs noticeably less than it did a year ago.

Where We Earn Our Keep

Help when it matters most: at claim time

A policy is a promise to pay later. Most of the stress arrives on the worst day — in a hospital corridor or after a death in the family. That is when having someone who knows the process makes a real difference:

  • A clear checklist of documents for cashless and reimbursement health claims
  • Help with pre-authorisation and follow-up with the insurer or its claims team
  • Guidance for the nominee on a life claim, step by step
  • If a claim is rejected or short-paid, help understanding why — and the grievance and Insurance Ombudsman routes available to you

Our Lines

What we will never do

  • Sell insurance as an investment. Protection and investment are different jobs. We will explain bundled products honestly — including their true return — rather than pitch them.
  • Suggest you hide anything. Non-disclosure is a leading reason claims get rejected. We will never advise leaving out a condition to lower the premium.
  • Tell you to surrender a policy without the numbers. Surrendering can be costly. If you’re reconsidering an existing policy, you’ll see the surrender value and alternatives first.
  • Pressure you. Take the time you need — read, compare, ask again.

Frequently asked questions

Is your help really free?

Yes. You pay no fee to us. The agency earns a commission from the insurer, which is included in the premium. Where a cheaper online-only version of a plan exists, we’ll point it out.

Can you help with a policy I bought somewhere else?

We can explain what your existing policy covers, what it is really earning if it is a savings plan, and what a claim would involve. Whether its servicing can be moved to us depends on the insurer’s rules.

Will you help when I need to make a claim?

Yes — that is one of the most useful things we do. We help with the document checklist, cashless pre-authorisation, follow-up with the insurer and, if needed, the grievance and Ombudsman routes. The claim decision itself rests with the insurer.

Should I buy health cover or term cover first?

For most families, adequate health cover comes first because it is the risk most likely to strike soonest; term cover follows if anyone depends on your income. Our insurance guide explains the reasoning.

I live outside Jharkhand. Can you still help?

Yes. Proposals, payments and policy documents are handled online, so we work with families across India by phone, video and WhatsApp.

Not sure how much cover your family needs?

Send a WhatsApp message about who depends on you and what cover you have today. We’ll take it from there — no pressure, no cost to talk.
